DELIVERY

Here at Indigo Lounge we do not believe in customers having to pay extra on top of their purchases for delivery. That's why we decided to take the bold step of offering all of our products with Free Standard Delivery to UK Mainland addresses*.

*Unfortunately, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are either not considered part of UK Mainland or are classed as such due to postal logistics, and therefore do not benefit from our free delivery service. However, please contact us for a quotation and you may be pleasantly surprised.

We use verified third party logistics companies who specialise in large, bulky item deliveries. With our standard deliery, we aim to have your products delivered within 4 -10 working days.

Some products have the option of Express Delivery and can be with you in as little as 2 working days. Where this option has been selected, you will be given a delivery date within which your item will be delivered between 9am - 5pm. We will provide a morning/afternoon delivery confirmation where possible.

When your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to confirm a date for delivery. Deliveries are generally only available during the working week Monday-Friday unless in special circumstances, where arrangements can be made at additional cost for a weekend delivery. Please contact us for weekend deliveries.

 

 

IMPORTANT

  • Once a delivery slot is confirmed, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they will be available to receive the goods, otherwise a re-delivery charge may apply, so please inform us if you are going to be unavailable and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative.
  • Once an item has been despatched, any cancellations or changes to the order may incur a failed delivery charge, so please contact us as soon as possible for any order amendments and we will do our best to accommodate these.
  • Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to check that any orders will fit through doorways, stairwells and staircases. The dimensions, including packaged dimensions, are available to view on the product pages. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team prior to delivery who can advise.
  • Where possible, we ask that when receiving a delivery you check the items before the delivery driver leave to aid the return your delivery in the rare event of damage.  We ask that you check the external packaging (where applicable) and if signs of damage are present, please write 'Damaged' on the delivery note.  Where this is not possible, we allow 24 hours after signing for goods for damages to be reported to us. Claims for damages in transit outside this period may be rejected.
  • For insurance purposes, standard and express delivery is strictly to doorstep only. If you know you will require assistance please contact us in advance, and we may be able to arrange an installation service for minimal additional cost.
